In the efforts to keep our neighborhood looking like the clean, well kept, & safe place it is today, the Crested Hills covenants state the guidelines that are expected to be met when purchasing a home or land, even when making exterior improvements to your home and landscape. Please read over those covenants and keep them in mind during your planning process. Please submit detailed information including colors, materials, drawings and/or pictures when submitting your plans and improvements for review.
