Crested Hills Homeowners Association

As a property owner within the Crested Hills community you are automatically a member of the Crested Hills Homeowners Association. All members are required to pay dues on an annual basis.

The HOA fees for Crested Hills are $125 per year due by January 31.

PLEASE NOTE: Invoices are sent via e-mail, with an included link to pay electronically. HOA members who do not want to pay electronically are encouraged to mark it on their calendar and send payments to: CHHOA P.O. Box 332, Richland, WA 99352. Payments not received by February 28th are subject to late fees.
