COVENANTS

The HOA Covenants are the guidelines and requirements all residents and association members agree to follow. These guidelines outline requirements as far as landscape design, paint, structure design, fencing, parking, and more. When a potential violation is reported or discovered the HOA board members review the complaint to determine if it is in violation of the covenant documents. Violating the covenants can result in a fine or even a removal of your project. You can avoid this issue by contacting the HOA board before you begin any paint, structure, or landscape project to ensure it will comply with the covenants.

It is your responsibility as a resident and member of the Crested Hills Homeowners Association to maintain your property, including paint, landscape, parking, and otherwise comply with the covenants and restrictions set forth by the association. Most association members and residents of our community consider it an honor to maintain their property to the highest degree of excellence and we would hope you feel the same.
